Download Property Data Files

The Collier County Property Appraiser provides property data in downloadable ZIP files. Each ZIP file contains one or more Excel-compatible CSV files with property details, sales history, land, buildings, legal descriptions, and more. GIS shapefiles for mapping are also available and require specialized software to open and use.

People and automated tools (scripts, scheduled tasks, AI tools) are welcome to download these files, within the daily limits:

In a web browser: each network may download each file up to 3 times per day.
Automated tools: each file once per day from each network's internet address. The aerial imagery (about 20 GB) must be downloaded by a person in a web browser.

Links are temporary. Each link is made for your current visit. Do not save or reuse it; return to this page for a new one.

An automated tool that keeps requesting a file after reaching the daily limit may get your internet address blocked from this website.

Downloads are hosted by Google: the file links on this page take you to Google Drive, where the download takes place. Google's terms of service and download limits apply. The files are updated when the data changes, and each file's size and last update are shown under its link.

Tax Roll / Cama Database Exports

The downloadable files below are based on our internal database and official tax roll data. They include real and tangible personal property but do not include centrally assessed properties. Ownership data is typically current within a month of recording. Value data is updated twice per year: shortly after July 1 (Preliminary) and around November 1 (Final Certified).

These files are a working copy of our records. Owners, mailing addresses, land, buildings and legal descriptions are shown as of each file's last update (shown under its link), with the values from the most recent tax roll; the TAXYEAR and ROLLTYPE columns show which roll the values come from. Because our records keep changing after a roll is submitted, these files are not a copy of a tax roll. For a fixed copy of a roll, see Tax Roll Files (Florida Department of Revenue) below.

Each file is a Zip file of Excel-compatible CSV files and can be joined using fields like PARCELID or ACCOUNTID. Here's a quick overview of each:

Parcels: Core property file with mailing/site addresses, ownership, values, exemptions, land size, and millage area (PARCELID).
Accounts: TPP records for business assets like furniture, fixtures, and equipment (ACCOUNTID, PARCELID).
Legal: Legal descriptions, often split into multiple lines by sequence (PARCELID).
Sales: Sale date, price, document number, and transfer details (PARCELID).
Buildings: One record per structure; includes year built, square footage, and class (PARCELID).
Land: Calc Code, land units, and adjustment data (PARCELID).
Real Property Values: Historical real property values by tax year and parcel (TAXYEAR, PARCELID).
Tangible Personal Property Values: Historical TPP values by tax year and account (TAXYEAR, ACCOUNTID).
Millage Rates: Historical millage rates by district, showing county, school, municipal, and other components (TAXYEAR, MILLAGEAREA).
Taxing Authorities History: Historical list of taxing authorities with type, name, and assigned millage rate (TAXYEAR, MILLAGEAREA, TANUMBER).
Community Redevelopment Areas History: Historical Community Redevelopment Areas by tax year and parcel (TAXYEAR, PARCELID).

To simplify things, the All (CSV) file contains everything listed above - plus lookup tables like Use Codes and Building Codes - all in one folder for easy joining in Excel.

Lists, Data & Codes

These lookup files provide plain-language definitions for coded values found in the main data files. You can reference these files separately or join them in Excel using VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP to enhance readability.

Each file is a Zip file of Excel-compatible CSV files and can be joined using fields like CODE or SUBCONDOID. Here's a quick overview of each:

Use Codes: Describes USECODE values (e.g., residential, commercial).
Building Codes: Explains BLDGCLASS values from the Buildings file.
Subdivision/Condos: Lists subdivision/condo names and parcel ranges (SUBCONDO).

Tax Roll Files (Florida Department of Revenue)

Each year this office submits its tax rolls to the Florida Department of Revenue: a Preliminary roll in July and a Final roll in October. The Department publishes a public version of each submitted roll in a standard statewide format. Use these files when you need a fixed copy of a tax roll rather than our working copy above. Choose Collier County, the tax year and the submission (Preliminary or Final).
