This Website offers access to a wide variety of aerial photographs, maps, and other images from various sources.

Privacy and Use Policy

It is the policy of the State of Florida that all state records are open for public inspection. This policy is embodied in the Florida Constitution, together with the right of an individual to be free from unauthorized governmental intrusion into their private life, as provided in Article 1, Section 23. All information provided on this website is compiled by the Collier County Property Appraiser's Office for the governmental purpose of property assessment. It is not intended to determine legal ownership, establish market value, or define property boundaries. While updates are made periodically, the data may not reflect the most current records on file with our office. No warranties, expressed or implied, are made regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of this information for any particular use.

This data does not include property owners who qualify for confidentiality under Florida Statutes 119.071 and 493.6122.

Market values shown on this website reflect market conditions as of January 1st, the statutory assessment date. Florida law prohibits us from considering sales that occur after this date when setting the assessment for the year. As a result, the values shown do not reflect today's market but rather the market as of the previous January 1st.

Additionally, the statutes require the Property Appraiser to consider typical costs of sale when determining the just value for tax purposes. This explains why the market value for tax purposes may differ from a current sale price or private appraisal.

Jurisdiction

Collier County Property Appraiser's performance of this Agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process and nothing contained in this Agreement is in derogation of Collier County Property Appraiser's right to comply with law enforcement requests or requirements relating to the User's use of this Website or information provided to or gathered by Collier County Property Appraiser with respect to such use.

Severability

If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitation set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.

Closing of Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the User and Collier County Property Appraiser (and its contractors and agents) with respect to this Website and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the User and Collier County Property Appraiser with respect to this Website. This Agreement shall be deemed to include all other notices, policies, disclaimers and other terms contained in this Website; provided, however, that in the event of a conflict between such other terms and the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form will be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
