Returns and income information is confidential pursuant to applicable Florida Statutes. Any private information entered into the Homestead Exemption or Tangible systems, such as Social Security number and Driver's License number, are treated a confidential.
Under Florida law, email addresses are public records. If you do not want your email address released in response to a public records request, do not send email to the Collier County Property Appraiser's Office. Instead, contact this office by phone or in writing.
