The downloadable files below are based on our internal database and official tax roll data. They include real and tangible personal property but do not include centrally assessed properties. Ownership data is typically current within a month of recording. Value data is updated twice per year: shortly after July 1 (Preliminary) and around November 1 (Final Certified).

Each file contains Excel-compatible CSV files and can be joined using fields like PARCELID or ACCOUNTID. Here's a quick overview of each:

• Parcels: Core property file with mailing/site addresses, ownership, values, exemptions, land size, and millage area (PARCELID).
• Accounts: TPP records for business assets like furniture, fixtures, and equipment (ACCOUNTID, PARCELID).
• Legal: Legal descriptions, often split into multiple lines by sequence (PARCELID).
• Sales: Sale date, price, document number, and transfer details (PARCELID).
• Buildings: One record per structure; includes year built, square footage, and class (PARCELID).
• Land: Calc Code, land units, and adjustment data (PARCELID).
• Real Property Values: Historical real property values by tax year and parcel (TAXYEAR, PARCELID).
• Tangible Personal Property Values: Historical TPP values by tax year and account (TAXYEAR, ACCOUNTID).
• Millage Rates: Historical millage rates by district, showing county, school, municipal, and other components (TAXYEAR, MILLAGEAREA).
• Taxing Authorities History: Historical list of taxing authorities with type, name, and assigned millage rate (TAXYEAR, MILLAGEAREA, TANUMBER).
• Community Redevelopment Areas History: Historical Community Redevelopment Areas by tax year and parcel (TAXYEAR, PARCELID).

To simplify things, the All (CSV) file contains everything listed above - plus lookup tables like Use Codes and Building Codes - all in one folder for easy joining in Excel.

These lookup files provide plain-language definitions for coded values found in the main data files. You can reference these files separately or join them in Excel using VLOOKUP or XLOOKUP to enhance readability.
