Enter the complete eleven digit number to display the specific property detail. You may also enter the first five or six digits of a folio number to display a list of properties that are in the same neighborhood or on the same street.
Enter the last name of the property owner. To widen your search, or if you are unsure of the correct spelling, you may enter the first few letters of the last name. the result will be all of the names that begin with the letter you entered.
For example: Entering SMITH will also get SMITHHARDT and SMITHERSONS but not SMITT.
To narrow your search, you may enter the last name followed by the first name separated by a comma.
For example: Entering SMITH, JO will get SMITH, JOE and SMITH, JOHN but not SMITH, JIM.
Entering a street number will display a list of properties that begin with the number you entered.
For example: Entering 120 will display streets that begin with 120 and 1200 but not 125.
Enter the name of the street. Like the owner name search, entering a partial street name will display more properties. You may also need a street name like 14TH which will display streets that are 14TH AVE N and 14TH ST SE.
For example: Entering PINE will display PINE ST, PINE CONE, and PINELAND WAY.
Avoid using abbreviations like ST or LN unless you are sure they are used exactly as you entered them.
You may narrow your search even further by entering a last name and a street name.
For example: Display all names of SMITH that live on WOOD.
The sub number identifies a specific subdivision or condominium in our database. You may search by the number or the name of the community. The same search guidelines apply here as in an owner name search.
For example: Entering SABAL will display SABAL LAKES and SABAL SHORES.
